How do I cancel an order?
If you changed your mind on an item or want to cancel your entire order. Please call us immediately on 08 6500 9900 or emailing us at info@eistyling.com. We post out everyday at 2pm.
When do I get my refund?
Once the ordered items are returned to us we will process a refund to the nominated account. It will take us 1-10 business days to process. If you haven't received a refund then please let us know. Full refunds and exchanges can be made if the item is faulty. No refunds or exchanges can be made if the item is opened. Items shipped back is at the customer's expense.
